Adrian Sudbury Memorial

A memorial service will be held at Sheffield Cathedral next month in honour of campaigning journalist Adrian Sudbury. Adrian, 27, died on August 20 after fighting leukaemia for 18 months. A service to remember him will be held on October 16 at 2pm. He had spent his last few months raising awareness of bone marrow donation in a campaign which captured the attention of the world’s media and Government ministers. The campaign was run via the Huddersfield Examiner, the paper Adrian worked for as a digital journalist, developing the title's website.
